Could Eva Green be the next Bond girl? (updated)
Update: I think it’s pretty much official; the producers of Casino Royale have officially announced Eva Green as the new Bond girl.
The NY Post has written that Kingdom of Heaven’s Eva Green is all but signed on to being the Bond girl in the upcoming Casino Royale. To me this came as a surprise since I had read that Thandie Newton was already signed on (according to NY Post Newton turned the part down).
Quite frankly I’m not sure either one is the right fit for a Bond girl. Thandie is a bit old and frail-looking, and Eva is plain. In the first picture below, she’s kinda creepy. But to each his own, right? (Although Eva does look good in that third image though ;) )
