Rumors have started (by her neighbor, to boot) that is pregnant again.

Uh, no. You have to be pregnant ONCE in order to be pregnant again! And since the whole “Katie had Tom Cruise’s baby” thing was clearly a hoax, that means if she’s pregnant now, she isn’t pregnant again, just this once. You follow me?
