Why can’t Paris stop breaking the law??
First she parks in handicap parking spots. Then she hits someone’s car, in front of photographers, and drives away without stopping. Now, Paris Hilton is smoking in New York City club, and it’s illegal to smoke in indoor public places in New York!
I think this is proof positive (I’m pretty sure there’s a lot of things positive on her) that she’s not “playing” dumb like she’s always saying she is, she IS dumb!
